Shipping policy

Processing time

Orders are processed the same day they're placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.

Delivery times

Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 5–8 business days.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery can occasionally take longer due to carrier delays, peak periods, or circumstances outside our control.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout before you pay. Any promotional free shipping offers are applied automatically.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We can't be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you spot a mistake, email us immediately at duacosmetics04@gmail.com — if the order hasn't been dispatched, we'll do our best to correct it.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, or arrives damaged, contact us at duacosmetics04@gmail.com and we'll investigate with the carrier and put it right
